Instructions
- Click on the "Reservation Form" tab on the left side of the screen.
- To select the dates you wish to reserve for, click the black calendar button and choose the date.

- If you want the room only for one day, select the same date on the “To” calendar. If not, select another date.

- Select the room you wish to reserve.

- The Community Seminar Room must be booked seven days in advance. Groups in excess of 30 people must provide one month of notice.
- All other rooms must be booked 72 hours in advance.
- If you want the room for more than one hour, select “Multiple Bookings” then “Search.” If you only want it for one hour, select “Search.”

- Select the hour(s) you wish to reserve.

- Check the hours again to make sure they are correct, then click “Book.”

- Fill out the full information sheet and click “Submit.”

- You will receive an email confirming your booking. If you wish to cancel at any point, go to the “Unsubscribe Events” portion of your email.

Click on each link individually to cancel.
